Internal and external housing maintenance:

The dust and dirt of the inner and outer chassis of the rapid temperature change test box and the components of its appearance shall be cleaned. In the cleaning process, soft cloth is used to wipe, so as to avoid scratching the shell of the equipment, and to avoid using corrosive detergent to wipe. It is generally recommended that seven days be a cycle for cleaning and maintenance.


Condenser maintenance:

In order to ensure the freezing efficiency of the rapid temperature change test box, compressor and condenser must be maintained regularly. Vacuum cleaner is used to remove the dust attached to the radiator mesh of the condenser, or to clean the dust with a high-pressure air nozzle or with a polished brush after starting up. It is recommended that the dust be cleaned up and maintained every 30 days or so.


Maintenance of power cord and power switch node:

Please check the screw contacts of the power cord and power switch (main switch) of the fast temperature change test box regularly. If there is loosening, please lock it clockwise with the screwdriver.


Replacement of window lamp tube:

When the window lamp tube of fast temperature change test box is damaged, it needs to be replaced in time. First, the screw on the observation window frame is loosened counterclockwise with a screwdriver, then the observation window frame is taken out, then the lamp tube is taken out, and the new PL lamp tube is replaced. After replacing the lamp tube, it can be re-installed according to the above steps.
